Random user subscription lock-out problem

    Hi,

    My website uses Paid Membership Pro with WooCommerce integration for managing the membership and purchase of “courses”(linked to moodle). Once they sign up, they are needed to purchase the courses before use. Before the courses are purchased, the button would show “Sign-up”, and shows “courses” after purchase.

    The issue is that after a certain random period after a certain user have been a member on my site with their purchased courses, the “courses” button would be replaced with the “sign up” button instead. Basically it’s requesting the user to purchase again despite their subscription has not expired yet. Unfortunately the issue seems to occur at random period and does not affect everyone.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

    What plugin are you using for your courses?

    I believe integrations for course plugins are done by using additional plugins – I would recommend in reaching out to the relevant plugin’s support team regarding the integration between Paid Memberships Pro and your learning management system.
