Random URLs for Resumes

We’re having a problem… job seekers want their resumes to be ONLY seen through our website, not findable on Google or elsewhere. We can restrict access to the actual resume using the ‘resume visibility’ setting, but Google still finds the page… and though the resume itself isn’t visible, the existence and availability of the resume page causes concern for our clients. They don’t want other people to know their resume is on our site at all.

Is it possible to obscure the URLs of the resumes, so that they are not SEO friendly at ALL? Do you know of a security plugin that will do that job effectively, without breaking the functionality of WP Job Manager / Resume Manager?
