Random Tagline code

    Hey there,

    I would like to complete my blog with a random tagline which means I want to automatically choose a random quote from a file and use it as tagline. I don’t mind if it’s on each reload or within a specific time frame.

    Been searching a working plugin for 3.5.1 but I didn’t found a testet one.

    Is there anything I can use or do I have to code myself?
