• Hi,

I am facing a queer problem of late. Any page of my blog, after getting loaded, adds some queer strings at the end of the URL.

For eg, If one link is : https://knolzone.com/forum/ ,

After the page gets loaded, The URL in address bar turns into : https://knolzone.com/forum/#.UwuPmPmSySo

Now, from does that stupid string “#.UwuPmPmSySo” come from? It’s not hampering traffic or creating 404 errors, but it looks so damn ugly.

Does anybody know why does this happen? and if any solutions, I would only be grateful…

  • Sorry, don’t have an answer for you, but I’m struggling with a similar issue. Using permalinks is causing the word “homes” to show up in all my URL’s (the pages do resolve correctly), but I can’t find anywhere that the word “homes” could be coming from.
