    When on my homepage, and each article summary is displayed, for some reason at the end of each article preview, there is a speech mark “. I have not placed that there, and it apears to be on every article.

    Inspecting the element with Chrome, brings me to <!-- .entry-summary --> " " ", although when I look in the content.php file, there are no speach marks that are present: `</div><!– .entry-summary –>
    <?php else : ?>
    <div class=”entry-content”>
    <?php the_content( __( ‘Continue reading <span class=”meta-nav”>→</span>’, ‘twentyeleven’ ) ); ?>
    <?php wp_link_pages( array( ‘before’ => ‘<div class=”page-link”><span>’ . __( ‘Pages:’, ‘twentyeleven’ ) . ‘</span>’, ‘after’ => ‘</div>’ ) ); ?>
    </div><!– .entry-content –>`

    Can somebody please offer some advice as to why I have a random speech mark at the bottom of each article preview on my homepage?

    The site is located here.

    Thanks for any advice

    Sorry, I thought I had used the guidelines for posting the code. The full code for content.php is the following:

    <?php
    /**
     * Template for displaying content
     *
     * @package WordPress
     * @subpackage Twenty_Eleven
     * @since Twenty Eleven 1.0
     */
    ?>

    	<article id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>
    		<header class="entry-header">
    			<?php if ( is_sticky() ) : ?>

    		</footer><!-- .entry-meta -->
    	</article><!-- #post-<?php the_ID(); ?> -->

    Deactivating the plugins doesn’t seem to fix the problem unfortunately.

    the extra " is at the end of the second line in this section:

    </div><!-- .entry-content -->
    		<?php endif; ?>"
