Random Registration Links

This might be a little too complex for here but I thought i’d give it a shot. Basically, I’m going to have a members-only site and in order to become a member there is a fee. In order to pay the fee you must pay through ClickBank. Now, from here I need ClickBank to e-mail the registration URL to the new user. What I was really wondering was if there was a way to make the URL for registration randomized instead of https://www.site.com/blog/wp-register something like https://www.site.com/blog/er3938483rfidjfsnf or something like that. The reason I would like to do it this way is to prevent non-paid members from signing up for free. I have seen this done on a different membership site so I know that it IS possible somehow. The only other option would be manually adding users which is not feasible once I have a high volume of new members. I hope I explained this clearly! Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
