Random Redirects

After activation, this module redirect my site to tenth of random web-sites, when I press checkout. I verified dozens of times, enabling and disabling my plugins until I found the problem. Once I disabled this plugin, everything returned to normal. If it helps I have lot of screen shots and recording screens to prove this.
