Hello, We are encountering an issue, and it appears to be linked the setting to show the products in a random order, we changed to this setting on the shop page due to new products always showing last in the list and we wanted to understand the effect data wise on sales due to this ordering or the products. But it appears that the infinite scroll is loading the correct total count of products but it is showing duplicates instead of all products being seen once. E.g. total number of products we have is 30 it shows 30 products but can show the same candle twice, and another product will not be shown at all.

Is there a way t0 resolve this?

    thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’ve just checked and I can see the content correct, all products has been showed one time. Please check.

Hi yes correct. It will be showing you that becasue it was 5 days ago I raised the support ticket and it is currently black friday, we are an ecommere store and currently recieving several hundred visitors through the store each day. I wasn’t exactly going to go into the biggest week of our trading year with a shop not showing all of my products. I would be a very stupid business person if I did do that.

After I had no reply in 24hours I changed the default setting to show the products in a set order each time to avoid the issue experienced.

It isnt going to be possible to leave my store broken for 5 days until you wish to review without notice. I had been clear when I emailed support, we wanted to now use this on our blog page as we have a higher number of posts now but first it needed to work correctly before we upgraded. But if this is the expected SLA from support, I think maybe we should look elsewhere for a premium version plugin to do the scrolling….

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

I checked your site but I cannot see the problem. Maybe if you can create a staging site where you cna reproduce the problem, you cna share with us the link in order to check it.

Anyway I checked and for the contenSelector option you set

    .my_infinite_shop

Could you try to change it and use

    ul.products

In this way, you’ll only update the products grid section when you load the second page.

Please, try it and let me know.

    Have a good day.
