    Could you confirm if you’ve performed a plugin conflict test? I noticed you have 61 active plugins, which seems quite a lot. Additionally, could you share more information about how frequently this issue happens? Is there a noticeable pattern with the affected orders, such as happening to orders from users in a specific region or city, payment methods, or certain products? These details will help us troubleshoot the problem more efficiently.
