Great plugin, does just what it says.

The orderby=random does work but only randomizes based on the amount of items set to be displayed.

So if I say display 7 items it takes the first 7 items from the feed and then keeps randomizing them in the widget.

What I would like to be able to do, if at all possible, is to fetch X random products from the feed. So I have a feed with 200 items and I want to pick 7 random one’s from the feed so that the widget is constantly displaying new items.

I’m using this for displaying woocommerce products on another site and it’s working great but is only showing the latest 7 products and ramdomizing them and I’d like to be able to make it dig a little deeper and display many more products but only 7 at a time.

    Hello,

We do not currently have a method for including additional posts for randomizing. But I’ve added it as a request for a future release.

    Thanks.
