random numbers appearing in header with a search box

where can i send the link as i dont want to post it here.

also i did not create a seach form, its creating its own box with a number in it.

the box in the image with a number in and the number above it are created by cleantalk, if i deactivate the plugin they disappear.

Something is breaking Cleantalk CSS scripts. Could you fix this? As an alternative solution, you can disable the ‘Add a honeypot field’ option here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
