I used a different plug.
The form is to be serviced with repair.
The customer completes the form and delivers the broken device. I have to index the quality and this number was for that, but it coped with it.
However, I came across other elements (not obligatory).
If someone does not fill in the form field, the pdf displays for example:
[your-message].
It would be good if it is empty not to be displayed.
In the case of acceptance and files, if it is completely, 1 is displayed;
It’s nice to have “x” for acceptance and its contents for a file. In my case, these are photos of faults.
The PDF save path should be different and not get mixed up with the media uploaded by WP (separate folder).
A good option is to completely disable saving the file and only send via email to both parties.
A development proposal is to be able to save the pdf in the cloud, not on the local server, and the link to download was in the email.
Often, personal information appears in the forms, and so they will be safer.
