Random names while Add Contacts upon Registration

  • Hi,

    I have a social registration plugin that users can register my site through google and facebook. Anyway the users that registered this way are added to getresponse with a random name filed like “Userffdhfdkjf….” but on wordpress dashboard user name surname fields are correctly seen. Do you have any opinion why this is happening?
    Is there a way to solve this isseue?
    I whish to Add Contacts upon Registration with their correct names.
