Random Extra menu icon under header

There is a random menu icon showing underneath the header on the site. It is not active, and does not go away when the screen size is larger than the screen width trigger.

The intended left and right menu icons show up and behave as they should at the top of the screen after the trigger point.

Could you please tell me how to get rid of that?
