    Hello,

    I’m getting random what appears to be timeouts/errors when accessing the backend page. The plugin does send emails when this happens, however, I’m not clear on why its happening. The site appears to work normally, its just the backend get this displayed error…

    If I refresh the page, it then loads the page correctly.

    Thoughts?

    It means that server ran out of memory. Probably you need more RAM.

    Interesting.. I have my memory available to WP @ 1024MB. Anything else you suggest?

    I had this problem in the past and I’m using the premium version. I increased my RAM to 2GB. Because 1GB may not be enough especially when you have a large database or a lot of post and pages. When the prebuild cache is running, it may cause some random timeouts you may also try to adjust the prebuild speed to reduced if you are on a shared hosting. Another suggestion is that PHP version should be at 7.2. WordPress version 5.2. I’m just sharing these based from my experience. I’m using three sites under this plugin. 1 of them using the free lite version and the other two with the premium version. So far after these upgrades I never experienced any timeouts at the backend.
