    Hi there,

    We have a website which is using your plugin. Generally, it works quite well (we are using it on multiple websites), however for some reason we keep getting duplicate bookings (same user and data) and in result duplicate confirmation emails. The user needs to select a date and time, which only one person can book, so technically it shouldn’t be possible to have two duplicate bookings.

    We have tried several different scenarios, and haven’t been able to replicate this ourselves, however 1/10 times we still get a duplicate booking.

    Is this an issue other users of your plugin has been experiencing, or do you have any insight why this might be happening with your plugin?

    Plugin version: Version 8.2.32
    WordPress version: WordPress 5.3.2
    PHP Version: 7.3.26

    Hi! The plugin version #8.2.32 is an outdated version of the commercial plugin. Please update to the latest version. If you need assistance with the update we’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.

    Thank you for your response.

    We had updated the plugin as per your comment, however it seems this has not resolved the issue. It doesn’t happen with all submissions, so it’s quite hard to replicate, however we are still getting duplicate bookings from time to time – both in the system and email notifications.

    Any help is appreciated. We cannot submit a request on your own website, as we do not have access to the email that originally purchased the Pro version. I suspect other users may be having the same issue (we have this plugin on 4+ websites) so it would be good to update this thread

    If you have your personal download link then indicate it in the support request at the commercial support page (no need to indicate the email in that case). Please note: For pro or commercial product support please contact us directly on our site, we aren’t allowed to offer support here for the commercial versions of the plugin. Make reference to this support thread in the message and include into the message the version number you are using after the update.
