    We are using your plugin (Pro version) for one of our clients. However, we are encountering an issue where some orders are being duplicated randomly. I came across information suggesting that the Order Status plugin might be causing this problem. Could you please investigate and provide any insights or suggestions you might have?

    When we tried to replicate the issue on our end, we did not encounter the same problem.

    I will forward this to our advanced development team for further assistance.

    In the meantime, could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the settings you are using? Additionally, could you navigate to:

    WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Advanced > and enable the “Enable Debug” option. This will generate a log in the WooCommerce > Status > Logs section.

    If there are any errors or issues that appear in the log related to this plugin, please share them with us.

    Hi, @vishalvaland,

    To be honest, I don’t think our plugin could duplicate orders (it only changes the order status). One question, though – you’ve mentioned that “… Order Status plugin might be causing this problem…” – could you please let me know if that was a typo (the current support thread is for the “Order Status Rules” plugin) or are you referring to our other plugin – Custom Order Status for WooCommerce?
