I noticed my Square disconnected and checked the logs and saw this. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

  • The first thing I’d suggest would be to update Square to the most recent version. WooCommerce also.

If the problem persists after updating, the only other reason I can think of that would cause the access token to expire is if scheduled actions on your site are not working as expected. This may be the result of WP_CRON not working properly. The site health tool would alert you to any of those kinds of problems. Tools > Site Health

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Thanks for trying to help @wbrubaker. Is there anyway I can check logs to see if any scheduled jobs might’ve been running?

@nicolamustone that’s pretty disenguous since it clearly isn’t resolved,I just wasn’t able to respond within 7 days.

But square is giving me another issue so I will start another 2 tickets.

    Hi there @budzburn ????

Thanks for trying to help @wbrubaker. Is there anyway I can check logs to see if any scheduled jobs might’ve been running?

You can install WP Control to review what’s happening in the WP-Cron system. Could you check if there was any warning under Tools > Site Health as my colleague had suggested?

PS. I have set this thread as unresolved for now

    Cheers!

@budzburn have you had the chance to look at this thread and the scheduled jobs like Dani suggested above?

Since you did not get back to us in 2 weeks, I’m going to mark the thread as solved.

Please, feel free to open a new thread if you need further help on this topic.

    Thank you.
