random cover not working on mapped domain

Hi, ale-gira.com is a mapped domain on different-justdifferent.com.
At different-justdifferent.com random covers are working fine when page is reloaded,
but at ale-gira.com covers are frozen at the same image.

I have disabled all caches (local and CDN), but still the same problem.
Do you think it could be some problem wppa related?
