Random content I can’t remove

Unfortunately, the frontend of the website appears like this, because of which I am unable to troubleshoot it. Can you please check this from your end and see if everything’s alright?

Additionally, it appears that you are using the old Header/Footer builder, which is discontinued from our end. Kindly switch to the new Header/Footer builder to ensure you are using a safe version free from issues and the latest features also. Here’s a documentation that will help you with the steps. Anyway, is it possible for you to share the Astra Customizer Settings of your site? Don’t worry, the exported JSON file contains only the Astra Setting and doesn’t contain any other information.

Thank you for the details. Upon importing the Customizer Settings, I was able to navigate to each element of the Footer and also update them individually. Here’s a screenshot for reference. [Link to Screenshot]

Thanks, but when I access the Above footer section as you do in your screenshot I do not see the content that you do, with the HTML section – which I guess you are saying I should delete (?!)
I only see the footer that I have built :

That’s strange! I downloaded the JSON file and got the same results again. Could you please highlight the exact element you wish to remove from the Footer you are getting?

Hi,
A ticket is open [#518074] but nothing is happening and I am losing hope…

Changing theme is going to be absolutely gutting to lose all of my content, but if the theme can’t fix it’s issues a tech numpty like me doesn’t stand a chance…
