random clicks and etc

Has anyone noticed series of clicks through out their blog/site?
I have at least 20-30 records clicks, source for all clicks is my ip (usually i would see the visitor’s ip).
Based on the following, not sure what / who is triggering the clicks?
Could it be ping backs or something related to wordpress? Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
