Random blog page and private posts showing on it

Okay, so I’m having a pretty weird issue on WordPress.

I came across a page on my blog which I didn’t create and that was showing draft and private posts!

I managed to remove the posts from the page by deleting the posts even though they were marked as private next to them they were still showing up on the page.

I want to know how I can remove the page because I didn’t create a posts page and can’t find one to delete so I’m a little confused. I don’t want any other private posts showing up on it.
