Random and unexpected wp install

Hello !

It has been a week now, and I cannot recall an associated event or action from my part, since my blog randomly returns a message of my wp already being installed, upon doing any kind of action on a post (view, save, open post, etc) or maybe any dashboard action that involves php reload (hence excluding updates on post fields). Thus sometimes and for no apparent reason I get that message along with the option to log in, and an altered dashboard style (width is cut by 50%).

As said I cannot associate the first occurrence of this error with anything I did… I updated to latest version afterwards and the issue remains. It is not an impairing issue since i may just ignore this message and start again my desired action (view, open etc) without the error, for some time again. But if someone has an idea, I’d be very pleased to try it ??
