random ads that i cant remove

I was using ad inserter however i noticed that recently and randomly there have been long ads added right under my menu and right under the featured post. This throws the entire site off. So i disabled the plugin

The problem i am seeing now is that the ads are still there and i have no way to remove them. Anyone ever face this and have ideas and suggestions?
