    Hi,

my customer is getting reports of users that have their accounts deleted without having done so manually.

Is there the possibility of a bug or automation causing this – maybe for inactive users or something like that – or even a security vulnerability?

On the other hand, to make sure it hasnt been done manually by user or rogue employee with admin rights (deactivated all deletion rights even for admins today): do we have a possibility to log actions such as account deletions to track the ip/user who has done the command?

    Hi @ud_daniel,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to check action log of other users or admins.
You can only delete users by clicking delete link on the Users section on the dashboard or delete account on the user account page.

    Regards.

    Thank you for the Feedback.

I have watched my Installation for a while now and the problem seems to persist – some Accounts just are getting deleted randomly every now and then.

I think admin misbeheaviour can be ruled out as I have taken away all permissions after creating this topic, so in theory it should not be possible for a user to delete his account or an admin to delete other users.

I need to find a solution to what is causing this issue. Is it possible to make User deletions technically impossible or to track what function/action has run the command for a given user deletion?
