    Yes there’s 2 fields called pick and shuffle on the widget, or if you use shortcodes you can use them as parameters so for eg:

    [mp3-jplayer pick="3" shuffle="y" ..etc.. ]

    will pick 3 tracks from the playlist, and shuffle will randomise the play order.
