• Big plugins i’m running: w3tc, SEO Ultimate

I’ve been seeing on my 404 reports that random people are getting a 404 error when visiting some of my pages. Not sure why it happens. I’ve only been able to replicate it once, and when I refreshed, the 404 went away.

    My site: https://www.thatswhyimbroke.com/

Can anyone replicate the problem by clicking around? Or does anyone know what might be happening that makes the page 404 randomly? Thanks!

This might help too. Here’s my permalink structure: /%category%/%postname%/

    Anyone?

It seems w3tc causes this problem (I’ve replied with my problem on a different thread but there is no response from the plugin author).

I think you’re right. It’s stopped happening after I disabled all forms of caching with w3tc. I only use minify now and things seem okay. A shame really… caching makes it much faster. Not worth the 404s though.

If the plugin author sees this, you should address it soon!
