Ran the scanner, followed instructions, now I’m locked out of my site

I installed the plugin and ran the scanner. I had previously deleted my account named admin. The scanner said to have an account named admin so I made it with the lowest of member levels (not an administrator) and tested it. I also added the CAPTCHA function to the login process.

Now when I try to log in with my real administrator account (not the account named ‘admin’), I get this:

ERROR: The human verification is incorrect.

So now I can’t access the back end of my site at all.
