Hi, there!

What version of plugin do you use? Current version is 0.2.3. If you have older version, update the plugin.

This error means that plugin can’t access to Facebook. Please check plugin requirements in plugin settings – curl extension should be installed to transfer data from Facebook.

I tried your shortcode and it works on my site.

If you don’t have curl extension and don’t know how to install it, I can send you development version of plugin. If it will work I’ll release an update. Write me to [email protected]

i am using Version 0.2.3

the Facebook Photo Album plugin does a check and say’s i do have curl extension installed

I have released version 0.3 now. It will be available soon for upgrade.

You need to delete installed version of plugin and unzip this one.

To do more simple, just delete the plugin from your site dashboard and download it again from Wordpess. A maigc can happen :)))

Can’t get plugin to work ??

It seems that Facebook restricts the number of API calls made per minute from one IP: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17509600/application-request-limit-reached-for-different-user-access-tokens

I can do nothing here. It can also happen because of Facebook bugs and will start to work soon automatically. The problem might come If you don’t have APC cache installed and plugin try to get data from Facebook very often.

Ok, I fixed my previous issue. Now it posts the pictures and looks FANTASTIC. However, when you click the photo, nothing happens. No popup or anything. Here is the page in question:

You have several Fancybox scripts installed and they conflict eachother.

Remove Fancybox plugin or go to Facebook Photo Album plugin settings page and deactivate builtin Fancybox.
