    Hi, is there a way to limit the RAM that the plugin uses while compressing images? It’s crippling my VPS, as I have thousands of images to get through.

  • @timgood85 Could you please ask your host to increase max_execution_time and memory_limit values in php.ini file and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    I currently have the below settings, is this below recommended?

    max_execution_time 300
    memory_limit 1024

    Hi,

    My server configuration will not allow over 300.

    @timgood85 Have you performed a conflict test yet?

    Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

    If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

    Please let us know your findings.
