    I’ve been directed to this site and asked to raise a ticket to get help with the Slider and Carousel Plus Widget for Instagram. I’m here but I cannot see anywhere how to raise a ticket? Can someone please help? Thanks

    Hi Riddhi,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I already have an Instagram feed plugin installed on our website. Still, I would like to see what the Slider and Carousel Plus Widget for Instagram plugin would look like on our website and possibly replace the current one with it. However, all I get is a Loading … text where the Instagram feed should be, so I am not sure how to make it work. Also, not sure if already having a working Instagram feed plugin affects in any way the working on the new plugin. Hope this makes sense.

    Hi @marijanova ,

    Thank you for your response…

    Due to recent changes in Instagram API, the feed is not working properly without authorized APP. We are not trying to update this plugin soon but not sure how much time it will take.

    If any update come, we will let you know. For now, we have no solution about this issue.
