Raindrops Font spacing in menu

    Im VERY new to wordpress so please be patient with me ??

    I would like to space the menu bar out on my raindrop theme
    at the moment it is like :
    home about contact bio
    I would like it to be more spaced out across the page so,
    home about contact bio
