Radio check not showing after update

After further investigation add Select, Multi-Select and check boxes to the list of items not showing up on the live form

Sam problem here… Want to try the basic features like drop down and radio buttons working fine, before upgrading to Pro-version.
Will be great to see the express version working fine initially
