Radio buttons vertical

Hello,
On the edit profile page form, is there a way to make the radio button options stack vertically one on top of the other in one column? They seem to be defaulting to a two-column layout even though I have the field set to one column.
Screenshot in the link below shows example of the present layout. I want to change it so that the “No” is underneath the “Yes”
