I have a form with radio buttons that only work when I have jQuery Migrate set to Legacy 1.12.4.

Whenever I try to get rid of jQuery Migrate, the radio buttons stop working. I tried switching them to checkboxes but, my client insists on using the radio buttons. She says they’re easier for people using the form which is kind of long.

The problem is this form was purchased long before I took over the project and my client doesn’t know anything about the purchase information, or login for it. Now she’s getting warning emails about using jQuery Migrate and I do need to discontinue use of it. There are warning banners up all over the admin.

I was told previously that I can’t get support for this form because it is a pro version. Well, I need some kind of support before it gets beyond anything I can do about it. That form is an integral part of her website and the process her organization uses. I need some type of option.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @megami20,

    Thanks for writing in.

I checked your site and it is indeed using a Pro version of WPForms. However, it is in an older version which is 1.5.1 and our current latest version is 1.6.6.

Besides adding new features and enhancements, plugin updates also fix known issues. It’s possible that this is either causing or contributing to the issues that you’re seeing, so we need to start with this.

If your site is using an active license, you should be able to update to the latest version, and kindly do so to make sure the issue is not due to the un-updated version active on the site.

And if you client’s site is using an active license, please know that you could drop us a line through our contact page?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thank you.

    Hi @megami20,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

Sorry I got really busy and didn’t receive a notification that my issue received a reply. I will try to see about updating the plugin. I believe I have updated it at least once since I redesigned the site. I will contact you through your contact page in the future. Thanks.
