Radio buttons not displaying

  • The radio buttons did work before I moved the site to another directory. Nothing changed in the form itself but the radio buttons is not showing at all.

    I cannot find fault here, maybe someone can spot the issue and a possible fix?

    PS: I even created a new form with radio buttons but it’s also not showing.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I have deactivated every plugin (except for Contact7) and also chose another theme bit get the same result. Not sure how to troubleshoot it further?
