• Ever since I updated WP to 5.9.2, all the radio buttons on our forms are no longer functioning on our website. They look elongated and are often unable to be selected.

I was hoping it cleared up with 5.9.3 but it doesn’t appear that it has. I’ve noticed in the forums recently that other folks are having issues with this and posting it in specific plug-in threads, but I think it’s the base WP that’s creating the issue.

    Theme: Phlox Pro
    WP: 5.9.3
    Form suppliers: iATS, Elementor, Aweber

  • Could you give a link to the page so that one can look at it directly?

Here’s one of the pages. The rest of the forms that I’ve come across I’ve changed over to drop downs instead of radios.

The radio buttons get the strange style via a style preset from a file of the payment service provider iatspayment.com. This is integrated into your page via Cloudflares rocket loader. Cloudflare writes about this here: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200168056-What-does-Rocket-Loader-do-

To solve the style you would have to make sure that Cloudflare does not include rocket loader anymore. You would have to ask Cloudflare how to do that.

And yes, this is really weird and hard to see. Am a bit amazed myself right now.

It’s also very strange that it only started happening after updating to WP 5.9.2. If I preview the form on iATS, it looks fine. When it loads on my page, it’s wonky.

I followed Cloudfare’s workaround for it and it didn’t make much of a difference as far as I can see. The buttons are slightly less stretched out, but still not round like they used to be.

Now I’m trying to do a custom stylesheet for it to see if I can workaround that way, but this shouldn’t even have to be a solution.
