Radio buttons do not work

    The radio buttons do not work on my site. Nothing happens when I click on a radio button selection on my form. I’ve tried just about everything.

    I’m running into the same problem. How do I fix this? Neither checkboxes nor radio are working. Cannot select either.

    This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup.

    I had already tried that but I did get it working. I deleted the forms and the plugin, reinstalled and re-created the form. It’s now working. I’m assuming some gremlin messed up the install. I’m glad I got it fixed, as this is by FAR the best form plugin I’ve ever used- and I’ve been doing this for 26 years.
