Radio buttons & checkboxes not showing on GravityForms

The issue could be fixed with some CSS probably, although I saw that you changed your theme to Neve.

The conflict does seem to exist and I’ve just created a new issue on GitHub, please take a look:

Feel free to switch back to the Go theme and, as a temporary fixing solution, please add the following CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

input[type=checkbox], input[type=radio] {
    opacity: 1;
}
