    Hello,

I was trying to use the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons plugin but there seems to be a bug with radio buttons.

Please see this short video I made for you about the problem:
    https://watch.screencastify.com/v/wdENL0YEd3z9WiShNbdr

I added two radio buttons that both have YES/NO options to be choosed. If you choose YES, the price goes up 3€ with every product you have briefly but then goes back to 0€ for some reason.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I tried disabling all but newest versions of YITH Product Add-Ons and WooCommerce plugins. I also tried with default Storefront theme but still the same issue occurred.

    Hi there,

hope you are doing well! ??

We have been testing it on a local installation and we cannot replicate the problem we see in the video attached.

Please, try with a default WordPress theme like “Twenty Twenty”.
And, if it’s not working, please, send us the URL of the page where we can check the issue.

    Have a nice day!

    Hello,

I have the newest version of the plugin installed on my site but still it looks like this:

I installed a fresh version of WordPress to another server and now the product add-on options look like this:

So you have removed the “Multiplied by option numeric value” from the Lite version of this plugin and that is why I’m having problems with the radio buttons on my site?

I’ve found radio buttons to be an issue with the new release of WP (5.9.2) across all my plugins/java/html. I was hoping they addressed it in 5.9.3 but it doesn’t seem like they did. I’ve had to change all my forms to drop downs, which is really obnoxious.

    Hi there,

we have restructured all the options because the option “Multiplied by option numeric value” should be added only for add-ons of type “Number”, so the customer can set the number value and multiply it by the product price.

    We remain at your disposal.

    Have a nice day.

Okay. Thanks! I wonder why the options are not changed at my site although I have updated the plugin to newest version…

I tested your plugin in my fresh installation and the “final product price” is not updating after changing the quantity from 1 to 2 for example. I have to go back and change something else than the quantity to change the final product price. Is there a fix for this? I have also tested with Twenty Twenty theme and same thing happens with it.

I have the “Show only the final total” option enabled.

    Hi there,

we have already fixed the problem with the quantity selector.
It will be available in the next plugin version, so add-ons prices will be calculated depending on quantity selection ??

    Have a nice day!
