Radio button with 2 labels

Hello,

Radio buttons: Is it possible to have 2 labels of which only 1 is sent and 1 is visible to public? I can use check box if necessary.

I have this:

Select Product (required)
[radio product label_first “Product 1” “Product 2” “Product 3”]

But we need to have the form send the product code of e.g. “Product 1”. Meaning “Product 1 ” should be the label in the form, but only the product code (e.g. 1234567) should be sent to receiver.

Possible?
