Radio button is deleting my old data

    I am running a wordpress site on my localhost server. Everything works fine when I add the data from the admin dashboard but when I add the data from. The problem is happening when I add the signup form to a page or a post.

    Here is an example of my problem, when I add a data of person A and choose his age 30 from the radio button or drop-down list it works perfectly but when I add person X with the same age the data of person A gets deleted in another word the new data replaces the old data!

    I tried to figure out the problem from the settings but I couldn’t find a solution.

    Try looking at the plugin settings under the signup form tab. There’s a setting for which field to use to find a matching record and what to do if a new signup matches an existing record. It sounds like that’s what is happening.
