• Hello Chad. Here’s an issue that has always been with us, but has only now become important and the data display needed (hence why I’ve not bothered you before).

When a prospective member applies using the above form, the two radio-button fields are ‘created’ in the WP User-page (under the WP-Members Additional Fields) but the data input isn’t displayed on the page in those fields. It IS, however, saved in the dB _usermeta.

The fields are both required and there is a tick in the Users Screen of the Field setup page.

    The Checkboxes however work perfectly.

Do you have any thoughts as to where I can look for the problem?
    Kind regards
    John

I’m not 100% sure on this, but looking at the site, it looks like you might have some white space in the values for the field.

Make sure there is no white space when you define the display|saved value pairs. They should be like this:

    Choice One|choice_one,

You don’t have to use underscores – the saved value may be something like the display value and that *should* be OK in most instances (which appears to be what you have). For example:

    Choice One|Choice One,

But the main thing here is to make sure you do not have something like this:

Choice One | Choice One ,

Note where the white space is above – that would be bad.
