Radio Button and Checkbox not populating or working

    My waiver form was working good for months then today my client said it wasn’t working. The checkbox says t=this.model.toggleselection(e.id) and it is required so they cant expect waivers. I tried to replace it with a radio button and it will appear when previewing the form but when i save it doesn’t show up. Also a previous radio button on the top of the form isn’t there anymore. I had to remove all radio buttons and check boxes.

    If it works in the preview but not on the real page it could be caused due a cache/minify/optimize plugin, please disable any of those plugins if you have one just to see if the form shows up that way. If it does it means that you just need to clear the cache of the cache/minify/optimize plugin.

    When I make edits to just a simple text on the form it updates the website instantly. But all the radio buttons and checkboxes are gone.

    Weird, could you export the form with the issue and send it to me please?
