I have been trying with no success to get the check boxes, drop down menus, and radio buttons to render properly, whether that means they don’t show at all or they don’t show when selected. Depending on the settings I can get the check boxes but then I won’t have the radio or drop down working. If I set the “Design Style” to “none” then I can see all the buttons, check boxes, and drop downs as I would expect but then it cuts out ALL styling, including the line breaks, etc. that would put the check boxes and radio buttons in a column. The drop down menus have the wrong background color(currently transparent if I use any styling at all) and the spacing seems wrong for each selection but if I select “no styling” then the background and spacing are correct again. You can look at the link I provided to see what it looks like with your “default” styling.

At first I thought this was an error with my theme but I’ve tried with the WordPress default themes with little luck. I managed to find 2 themes that it would work with but they were completely not the design I was looking for at all so I can’t use them.

To help you figure out what was going on, I’m using the Twenty Seventeen default theme to show that the radio buttons don’t show when they’re selected, etc. And, yes, I have already tried disabling all plugins, with no effect at all.

Nevermind. I’m moving to another plugin that’s actually working the way it says.

    Hi @ehrichweiss

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Note, the free support doesn’t follow the 24 hours reply timeframe as Pro support, and it can take some time for our support staff to reply to the thread.

Once that said, I am afraid the shared page is set to maintenance mode, but from the description, it looks like there are some style errors, can you please go to WordPress > Settings and verify if the website is configured to HTTPS URLs?

How do I link a check box to a radio button?
Currently, I’m using the WP plugin “Forminator”?

    Hi @talkingsongss,

I am sorry, I didn’t exactly understand what you mean by ‘link a check box to a radio button’, can you please explain this briefly?

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
