• i’ve had the plugin running our site for a while. But recently the plugin fails at transferring and I get a “Unable to create object (Failed to reach API endpoint, got unexpected response Unauthorized).” I then reauthorize the API, and it works again. The process repeats everyday just about. It’s really difficult because the Upload queue is always full. Any fixes?

Interesting. Not sure if you are Joel, but i saw someone on github post this same problem about Rackspace. Are you using a Load Balancer too?

I’ve been trying to get Rackspace to give more info about this problem (from their end logs related to w3tc) but no luck. And because i dont have access to a free account it makes it hard for me to figure out what is going on and fix this ??

Does this problem also occur when using CloudFront or CloudFlare, or any other CDNs?

I’m going through a load balancer, and have been for a while. It just started acting up recently. I haven’t tried any other CDNs, our VMs are also on rackspace (with the load balancers and rackspace cloud files). I guess i’ll start follow up with rackspace, see if they changed their API for their cloudfilesp

Hi again @ailbarra11 … a few of us are trying to pinpoint the issue and fix it over at : https://github.com/szepeviktor/fix-w3tc/issues/164#issuecomment-258314612 i was wondering if you could jump over and give us more info after reading through it. The problem for us is that we don’t have access to Rackspace so we’d have to be asking you questions and giving you test code to apply to see if the problem gets fixed.

    Hope to see you there.

    Thanks
    Kimberly

Not sure if it matters anymore but the problem has been solved by us.
