Race Registration Plug-in?

I’m looking for the most updated race/event registration plug-in to use for our upcoming Stand-up Paddleboard race. Our site is live at https://www.PaddleGrandPrix.com. We’d ideally like to allow racers to get registered, pay the fee, print off a waiver, and maintain a list of who’s registered. I’ve found Eventr and wonder if anyone has used that, or if there’s another that’s a favorite. Thanks a lot!
