Quzi Survey Master: Answer of one question as part of another question

Hi!
I couldn’t find nothing on the Internet. Maybe you can help me.
Is it possible to take a answer from a drop down menu in the Quiz/Survey Master as part for another question?
For instance,
1. What is your profession?
Choose from one.
2. When did you start working as a PROFESSION FROM QUESTION 1?

I’m not that good at coding. I’d appreciate it if you could explain it really easy.
