Quotes form with more than just quantity and price

I am building a site for a custom cabinet builder.? He needs his customers to fill to the door type which I made all those choices at the top of the form.

Then I need the list fields to have: Quantity, a drop down for the door/drawer type(4)/a field to type width, a field to type height, a drop down for panel option(4), a drop down for hinge boring option(3)

*() number of options currently needed for the dropdown, but they could need more or less.

These all need to flow to the quote form, I don’t need any price info to flow from the form to the quote as with custom sizes the builder will have to calculate each line item.??

But once the builder gets it calculated they should be able to go to the quote in the web site and add the price per line to the quote and then send it to the customer.

are these changes possible? if so how can I do this or can I pay you do to this for me?
