    Hi
    1- when i enter a quote and save
    a) i cannot download it in pdf
    b) the email doesnt come through
    c) the wordpress doesnt create the page to view the quote

    —————-
    2- for quick quoting, i want to have multiple choices (with prices) the staff can select which gets placed onto the quote, a total cost of the selected choices listed for the client , and send the quote.
    This is for an event catering company.

    Please advise.

    1. a) Once you’ve saved the contact, are you not seeing the Download PDF button under “Email or Share” section of the Quote? Here’s a screenshot of what I’m referring to: https://d.pr/i/83Tzne

    b) Did you click the Send Quote button under “Email or Share” section of the Quote? I’ve tested this on my end and I’m receiving the email successfully. Please try checking the email on your Spam or Junk folder.

    c) Are you referring to the Client Portal’s Quotes section? Is the quote not appearing for the client when checking their Quote in Client Portal?

    2. Is the multiple choices for choosing a Quote Value? If so, that isn’t possible. However, you can try creating quote templates for those different prices and just select the specific quote template when creating a new quote.
